This dress by Archivio J.M. Ribot is crafted from a beautifully soft vintage silk. The dress features incredible decorative stitching throughout, with lace details at the neck, exaggerated waist ties that hang poetically off the dress, and a removable floral brooch made from left over fabric. The fit is relaxed, and can be further adjusted with the waist ties and buttoning. Each piece has been finished with antique buttons and hand stitched buttonholes, details that beautifully embody the label's artisanal sensibilities.

This garment is marked by the flow of time.

Every detail from the aged buttons to the antique textiles and sewing threads is the result of years of fine research.

It was handmade in Italy solely using slow sewing techniques and not involving any overlock sewing machines. The buttonholes and most of the garment were completely made by hand according to the oldest traditions. Each piece is unique and any imperfection is its most precious feature and a gift of time.

Rose is 170cm tall, wears an AU Size 8 and is wearing Size 44.
