Wright + Doyle - Joseph Coat

The Joseph Coat by Wright + Doyle is crafted from a warm Italian wool, lined in Japanese fine stripe cotton shirting. This long coat features a double breast button opening, 2 front welt pockets and waist tie belt. Subtle details form a beautiful atmosphere to the piece; with a generous raw edge collar and belt and belt loops mounted on top of a washed bone coloured Italian paper cotton. Finished with a top collar button to enclose you against the harsh winters weather and a deep vent up the back of the coat that allows ease of movement.

This coat is a cornerstone of the collection inspired by German Artist Joseph Beuys, drawing on his love of clothing and its role in the creative process, silhouettes explore the balance between form and function, celebrating utility and craftsmanship simultaneously. He was often in a large overcoat.
